How much is delivery?

Delivery is absolutely FREE.  

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver across Kingston, Jamaica. 

I need my order urgently! Do you do same-day delivery?

Depending on your location, we can arrange same-day delivery. Please contact us regarding same-day delivery. 

What time do you deliver?

Please note that all deliveries will be made between 9am to 6pm daily. We ask that you provide us with a phone number for delivery so that we can ensure the recipient is present for the delivery.

Do you do sympathy arrangements?

Yes. We understand this is a difficult time and for this reason we offer a discount on all sympathy wreaths. Contact us directly to place your order.

Order Policy

Our goal is to make people happy. In the unlikely event that you are not pleased with your order, we guarantee that we will make it right. 

Substitutions 
Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, and the variety of unplanned issues courtesy of Mother Nature, specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement due to the availability of certain flowers in the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

In this event, we will deliver a second choice of similar flowers and container of equal value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement.
